REFUND POLICY

In the event that the Buyer fail to buy a vehicle or True Report was not sent to the Buyer, deposit can be refunded within 14 days after the Buyer's written request received via email. Bank transfer charges required to refund the money and any other money owed to the Seller will be deducted from amount to refund. The residual will be refunded to the bank account the Seller has on record for the Buyer. The Seller will not be responsible for any delays or any losses caused by fluctuations in exchange rate, bank charges imposed by the Buyer's bank or failure by the Buyer to provide correct remitting account details to the Seller.
